Im pretty lucky w my traps they grow well, unlike my tris and chest

Never really had any trouble with my tris, traps will get there just gonna start doin em twice a week, as well as calves, everything else is coming along, wish my shoulders were a bit bigger too, lol, guess everything could be.:bber:
 
Tore my shoulders n traps up, thru in calves at the end just to hit em real quick.
