I just started trying to raise my vertical again back how it used to be last year during basketball season before I got lazy and just worked my upperbody. I had a 28 inch vertical last year , and at the beginning of this semester at school I had a 21-22 now I have a 24 so ill be back at 28 probably at the end of the year.
 
Mine are at about 32 right now..i had them higer at highscool, but at college i gained alittle bit of weight but still can get up.. if you're trying to increase your vertical, just do alot of explosive workout with squats, box jumps, plyometrics..and sprints...and don't forgot your core (Abs)....very important
 
the highest my feet get from the ground is when im walking im with ip on this one you dont see to many 240 pound guys like myself trying to jump high lol,.
