10 ml botles almost always 2ml short I usually use it as cheep  cut  to make Ip products not knot so bad.

bro, aside from being underfilled and possibly a bit on the dirty side, it does work.  if you can handle getting short changed and some pretty painful injections, then i don't see any reason why not to take it.
