lower back pain, cramping, and 'heavy' legs...

Hey y'all,

I've got a dilemma here. It's really hindering my training for football.

While on trenA, testE and anavar I noticed that I would get incredible lower back pain, which I could only compare it to when I was taking M1T. Not only that but my legs get so damn pumped that they feel heavy as hell, it's tough to explain. I'll get the occasional cramp in my calves, hammies and once in a while my groin area. The cramps usually come when I'm sleeping or when it's cold and I've just finished something strenous and then stop for too long.

I've noticed the same off tren, prop and winny.

Now, this time around I'm going to run trenA, prop, masteron and EQ. I would imagine when I do, I'll be feeling the safe negative effects.

Someone be a doll and give me an out to the lower back pain and crazy pumps? I've got the potassium and increased water intake. Anything else I can do? The potassium and water really help the cramps but don't do so well with the pumps, specifically the lower back.

Thanks guys, as always,
jay

are you getting cramps in your lower back or just pain.. you might to make sure you taking some 'safety' supplements like your cranberry extract (kidney relief also felt as some back pain) - some sort of liver protectant - and while on tren in any cycle I always drank at least 2gallons of water a day... 1 gallon daily and usually 1 gallon during training, cut down on the caffiene and watched ECA intakes (easy dehydration).

If it's actual cramping I found that an extra banana a day worked better than a potassium pill. Also have you ever taken any loop dieretics (brain fart but it's the most commonly used dieretic right before a show - prescription usually) or anything like that? Loop dieretcs can permantly deplete certain vitamins/minerals in your body and take some time to regenerate.. I used to take adderall for ADHD and found that while taking I was VERY prone to cold related cramps or dehydrated related cramping regardless of the exercise.. (even my hands while driving long periods of time).. the stimulant effected my CNS causing sweats all the time and I didn't keep water intake high enough - curbed appetite... so no water and no nutrients (at least not enough).. increase fluids, increase fruit (bananas specifically), and negative sides went away..

just some thoughts - any other feedback would be great as I still (even after stopping adderall) get cramping in my hands/toes/feet/side/abdomen sometimes.. just not nearly as often as when i was taking that stuff

The pumps on the other hand... that goes hand in hand with the cycle products.. pumps come from your trenA/EQ/winstrol products easily.. tren always seemed to get the pumps flowing the most.. winstrol was another big contributor to cramps AND pumps b/c it makes the body so dry... and the heaviness in the legs.. get used to it.. the bigger they get, the heavier they will feel... might want to get on a treadmill and do a fast walk to help illeviate some of the lactic acid buildup or do what i did.. when the pumps got to bad.. i either had to have someone rub them out or do it myself.. (if anyone calls you out and says your gay.. just kick em with your trunks right in thier lactic acid lol) ...

It could be from the tren
Certain AAS that i use give me the same problem
The one that really gets me is Dbol

same here on the d-bol. but only when I go about 50mgs.

Tren is suppost to be hard on the kidneys. Im on it right now and have simular pain on one side.

yeah if he is running a diuretic like aldactone or diazide or lasix then he would be getting cramps. Certain ones leach the body of potassium and other essential vitamins/minerals the body needs. Aldactone is potassium sparing but still you can cramp up bad from it.

I have not started the masterone yet. I'm using the masterone primarily because it's coming blended in the tren and prop I'm taking.

It's the pumps that are getting me. I can live with the legs, though, it's not because they ARE getting heavy, it's because the pumps make them feel heavy.

What do you guys do when that dbol is kicking your ass (well, your lower back, that is)? Just tough through it? I really would if it was a workout where I'm going at my own pace but this is football tarining where I don;t have any say on when I get to start and stop what I'm doing.

Thanks for the responses but am looking for a bit more. BUMP.

What do you do when your lower back pump is out of control?

bro, ive only used dbol once. I experienced those pumps although no other compound has had that effect on me. I read online for answers to the pump problem...but there wasnt much. I basically had to work around the problem. I had to switch to deadlifting every other week as that was the worst exercise. I realize working around the problem may not be as easy for you.

Having experienced the back pumps from dbol now, I understand what you guys mean. I just toughed it out, though I would simply sit down for a couple of minutes now and then. That took the pressure off and I felt better enough to go on.

OK this is going to sound really gay (where's IP when I need him) but I would look into Yoga or Yoga like stretches. I had a similiar problem a few cycles back and the Ex and I were trying to do activities together so we started getting up early in the AM and doing some Yoga together. I thought it was a joke but I kept that part to myself but amazingly it made the unbearable pumps in my lower back and calves go away. It was Winny and Eq that was doing it to me. Winny particularly has always been hard on me when it comes to that. The EQ hasn't bothered me when taken without the Winny... Taurine and Potassium as already mentioned should also help.

one more thing...

I was doing a lot of adventure racing at the time and around the same time I had a cat and we had just gotten a puppy and noticed that everytime they got up they would stretch. It didn't matter if they were sleeping for hours or just getting up to walk down the hall they would both always stretch and I started doing the same thing everytime I got up from my desk or off the couch or out of my car and it helped as well.

They must know something we don't, eh? Haven't had the same problem with winny and eq, but I'm only barely 2 weeks in so I'll have to see. I'll keep the stretching thing in mind.

I have gotten back pain from D-bal and tren also. As far as the legs go I have not had any trouble. Sometimes the tren just feels like it sucked the water right out of me and I cramped alot too. Tren is one of my favorites but has done some crazy shit to me in the past.
