M1T half-life

Anyone know it? I'm trying to determine the optimal way to split my daily dosages if need be. I am currently in week 1, at 10mg once a day about 1-2 hours pre-workout. Next week I'm upping to 20mg and trying to determine whether it would be better to split to keep levels more steady throughout the day, but couldn't find any actual half-life info.
