So I was doing arms tonite and was doing my last set of close grips. I had 225lbs on the bar which I didnt realize was fckn bent as shit till it was to late. I noticed the bar was kinda rolling around on my lighter sets but didn't think nothing about it. I was on my 15th rep with 225 and I was almost to the top my last rep when the fckn bar litteraly rolled right out of my hands and landed on my fcknribs right below my pecs. I quickly grabbed the bar and pressed it off me and racked it but holly fck did it hurt!!!! It knocked all the wind out of me not to mention my sternum and ribs hurt like hell. Me being stubberon, I finished my workout which was dumb, but goddamn was I having a killer workout up until that point. I'm going to dr tomorrow to make sure I didn't fck myself up to bad. I really dnt think I broke anything, but I'm def fckn sore!!!!! Funny thing is that my back hurts exactly straight back from where my ribs hurt. The moral of the storey, make sure the bar your going use isnt a fckn bent piece of shit!!!!!
