hey bro, I have been using it in my bis (20mcg per each bi) for a couple months now, and I have made a noticalble difference in my bicep shape and size...very noticable..
Thanks Chris...I am putting it bi-lateral whichever bodypart I am using. I have changed up a little and am using it half dose before workout at 40-50mcg and then the same dose after...not sure it helps or hurts but I am trying it

I THINK ITS A GREAT IDEA TO TRY A FEW DIFFERENT PROTOCOLS SO YOU CAN ZERO IN ON HOW IT BEST WORKS FOR YOU, I know it took me a bit of trial and error before i found out how and when it worked best for me, which is 40-60mcgs preworkout followed by loads of oatmeal
