So I figure I will take a full week off with the exceotion of doing legs and abs and reevalutaing this tuesday with my arm. On the one hand it may be from a spot the got tight and tore, maybe its just a vessel that popped, on the other hand it may be a Tendon or Ligament n which case if I fuck up I will be in the same boat as 10 months ago. I spoke with FORMERNPC and he said his hammy injury was tendon and muscle and he didnt feel or hear anything, I trust him imensely so I believe I will take this wk off and see how this bruise does. I am hoping it will deteriorate and I can lift again, I have a cruise coming up and dont want to be an unhappy depressed fat piece of shit with my shirt on the whole time, yes I hate myself and im my worst enemy so thats how I think, in any event your opinions please fellas_______
