the UG stuff was great. Earlier this year, i ran it for 2 weeks at 20 mgs ED on a mild bulking diet and ended up putting on a good 14 lbs., keeping about 7 or 8 of it. I ended up having to split my arm routine into two separate days (bis with back, tris with chest) because they got so swole, I couldn't finish my workout. I also like the fact that the pills were 5mgs instead of 10. now, if I had used a liquid M1T solution, i guess it wouldn't have mattered, but the ease of the tabs was worth it. Got up to 205 from 191, but with 14%BF... not great.
i really didn't feel like I needed a PCT after 14 days at 20 mg. (more like 10-15 for the first week, 20 for the second) but I did one anyway, with liquid nolva.
...move foward 4 months-- 2nd cycle, which I am finishing up now, I decided to take a more effective dose and extend cycle by 2 weeks. cut calories. Ended up gaining a few pounds and dropping BF significantly. Also, added more milk thistle as I don't believe that it inhibits the action of M1t by any significance. Now, i am definately shut down pretty damn hard and will start PCT after this last week. Down to 193, 8-9% BF.
