Ive heard people say that if you use regular protein powder to bake with, like adding it into cookie mix or muffin mix that it loses its nutritional value. I never really got this confirmed, but what about microwaving protein? I like to throw a scoop of Designer Whey natty flavor into my oats when my stomach isnt acting up. Is it pointless?

I don't know whether cooking denatures the protein, but I just stir my protein in to my oats after they are cooked. I also add a teaspoon of coconut oil for the MCTs. They have a really good effect on my HDL cholesterol.

I've never heard that and don't see how that could happen in all honesty. I don't know where you've heard that from, but I would think that if it were true, we all would've heard something about it at some point in time, but who knows
