I was talking to a buddy of mine from flordia, and he said he has been getting killer results doing this...(ofcourse eating 6 meals a day, pro/carbs/healthy fats) But no cardio
test e 500mg per week (very low dose for test)
tren hex (yum, yum stuff) 150mg per wk (very moderate dose)
IGF (pre workout) 50-60mcg
hgh (middle of the night around 2am, takes it when he goes to the bathroom) 2-3 iu's
cjc1295/ghrp 2 or 6 (didnt ask how much of each, forgot) right before bed
hexerlin (dont know dose) right in the morning before meal 1
ok, his theroy is this. gh blast in the morning with the hexerlin, another gh blast pre workout with the igf. Then one before bed with the peptides (cjc/ghrp) then the last one middle of the night when taking a piss with the hgh. (reason is for the lower insulin levels)
he has leaned out a tone, and is down to 240lbs (from 260lbs) and say's he is round 6-7% bf...this protocol he got from an pro (wont say names) but he is a decent pro (top 5-6 in the smaller shows)...
any thoughts ?
