... dont diss my technique before you try it... i like it better than cold water. It makes it easier to drink , and doesnt feel like gives me that sick feeling after chugging one.
i have tried it well not with hot water but in the gym ive used our sink water and you might call that luke warm damn near made me puke. i guess i just dont have a problem chokin down food or shakes whatever makes it easier for ya though i guess.
Water post workout, and milk throughout the day, in the case of whey milk would slow down digestion, not what you want post workout, but very welcome during the day
i dont care for isopure that much got alot of sodium with it too. i drink on whey and it doesnt have a hole lot of flavor to be honest. I buy the chocolate but its not very strong and i can just chug it down even after a workout in about 20 seconds and its done.
