most are pre-flavored to add water and some contain flavors that mix and taste best with water.
I do like met-rex packs vanilla flavor packs with orange juice, good shit!! but expensive.
Skim milk all day, except after the carb cutoff, then it's water or crystal light (try the rasberry in vanilla protein). Though my workout is past my carb cutoff, so my post workout shake does include skim milk.
it wont bro the type of protein is still that type of protein no matter what you mix it in. If its isolate it will absorb faster whether you use milk or water its not gonna alter the structure of the protein just gonna make you feel full and like i said i would most likely vomit lol.
