Missing workouts

Man, I've been so busy lately, I haven't hit the gym since before Thanksgiving. I know my time is running out before the gym is over run with the new New Year's members. I just can't get my butt out of the house lately. I'm working late and working from home more and just can't find the time.
 
we all get into those funks brutha, im sure youll snap out of it soon,
 
The holidays definitely interfere with my workouts, but I roll with it and get them in when I can. And to top it off, just caught a sinus infection. Interruptions never end.
 
unless you're a serious competitor, consistency in training is way over rated...as we get older we learn how to train more efficiently but rest efficiently too...the extra time off is good for the body and the mind...i recently came off a 4 month bender and after 3 weeks my lifts are right back where they were before i fell off...

showing up is the hardest part...get a few warmups in and the rest of the workout you'll own
 
Hell I been out for almost 3 months from some injuries, but I will be back. Goodness how bout some positive comments brother
 
Just look at it as a needed recoop time brother. 6 weeks is nothing. You'll be back on the iron horse in no time. Muscle memory is an awesome thing. Maybe a few days of soreness, but that's about it. Get it brother!!!

Lol no man I could have replied longer. Was dosing off when I replied this morning. Working the third shift. Didnt mean to be negative. I should have said 3 months outa the gym like me and all my progress was lost as far as leaness goes. Everything went down hill but back in it now. consistency is key here. If I would have done just a little in those three month consistent I would have been in such bad shape going back into it. We all miss a little. The good thing is that u get back in the game. Like Austin said muscle memory is real. It will all come back before u know it.
