Alright I just saw this on another site, and I think its kind of interesting. what do you think you should be able to do times body weight for. (Dont break this down, and disect it, just for fun)
_ X bw squat
_ X bw deads
_ X bw bench
_ X bw incline
_ X bw curl
 
Who in the world could curl their body weight?
its in percentages so for instance If someone said they think they should be able to curl .5% and they are 200 pounds, that would just be curling 100 pounds, which if your able to do that 10 times would make sense, I personally would say a little higher for 10 but just an example
