Why do you workout?? What started you and how/why do you keep it up?

I started over 30 years ago. Walked into a gym cus I wanted muscles.
30 years later I still want muscles !!! lol Actually I still love looking good
physically. And feeling good. By now it is just what I do. I am always trying
to build but at this point I am glad to keep what I got. At my age -50-
most of the men are fat pigs and old broads are easialy impressed.
Seriously, I do it for myself - It keeps me sane/grounded/feeling good.
Why are you here??
 
I keep doing it because I keep improving. But gains are slow now so I gotta try something else or I'll get bored and quit.

I cant remember really why I started. But Ive done it so long I dont feel good unless Im training and eating healthy.
 
well, in hs and college i played basketball and after that was over i needed something to do that would be part of my lifestyle. liftin fit that pretty well!
 
Had a copy of "Education of a Bodybuilder" by Arnold Schwarzenegger when I was young. I wanted to look like him.

my Dad was my motivation, he was a NYPD and a good clean cop with a good moral compass. He was my inspiration to be a better man in everything I do.
