I just pulled mine up to try and help but I'm not sure how much it'll help. I put some songs from my mp3 on there and they came up as unknown when I looked at all music. Find a song you want, find the genre column, right click on the song under the genre column and then click on edit. You can then type in Rock, Country, whatever you want and it will automatically create that folder for you. @ least I think that's how it works. Like I said I have no experience with this other than putting cd's on here and then on my mp3 player. Hope it works for you.
