Does anyone know of a good supp to stop muscle cramps??????? I drink a shit ton of water and juice, and I stretch so it's not any of that. I don't deplete carbs, and salt is in everything so it's not any of that either...
I take a O.N. supp that has vit's enzymes, veggies and everything but I took it late today, I yelled out on one of the cramps I got bc it was so bad...
For whatever its worth, sometimes my potassium does this for no good reason. I'll take a couple potassium pills and viola I'm better in a couple of hours....

my arm were locking up real bad yesterday..my chest back legs...i thinking its got to be water im sweating like a pig right now..in the gym i must loose a ton of water..plus im hitting the gym 3rd day in a row today so realy need to think about water..ive got to say after taking the mag/taurine/zinc/multi vits a few hours later it was a bit better...woke up with cramp in quads this moring and ive got legs in a few hours so ive doulbed up my dose and will take agian later as well..
i heard ZMA at night is a real help not only with sleaping but cramps during the day..im going to look in to that a bit more..
This may sound weird, but it can really happen, tuarine made me shit like 8 times a day which is don't hard to believe since I already take like 5 shits a day, but yeah...

Yeah dude it sucks, I have a ton of friends that are like "damn I wish I could shit that much" but seriously it sucks. Try working in a small place w all women and 1 bathroom, or places where the bathroom is close to where everyone is..... Or doing labor outdoors and you need to shit, all horrible situations that I am constantly in ...
