Today in the weight room , We had to maxout on our benching. Well I guess im weighing 135. But well before I benched I did a couple warmups off to the side and stretched with like 135 lbs for like 12 reps. Then I called the weight lifting coaches so they could see what I benched on my maxout so they could write it down. I started off with 135 so I would atleast have a maxout written down if I couldnt get how much I was aiming for. Then I moved it up to 145. I got 145 easy. But then after I moved it up to 155. I had the weight going up fine my maxout would of been at 155 right then. But then my spotter who just came up and started spotting me grabs the bar , so my bench did not count ... So I tried to redo it and almost had the rep but I couldnt get it.
So im guessing my maxout when im fresh just walking into the weight room is atleast 160 weighing 135lbs.
