My cardio workout I started this week

Well I got this from Dana Baileys youtube channel and started it yesterday and all I have to say is wow. Behind my shope I have about 60-70 yards to work with.

My buddy and I did all this once, you are supposed to do it 4 times. Here goes.

Tire flip with a big tractor tire for 60 yards
Sprint 30 yards come back, Sprint 60 yards come back
Tire flip for 60 yards
Sprint 30 yards come back, Sprint 60 yards come back
Farmers carry with 50lbs in each hand 60 yards and back
Sprint 30 yards come back, Sprint 60 yards come back
Lunges with 50lbs in each hand 60 yards ( we didn't use any weight the first time)
Sprint 30 yards come back, Sprint 60 yards come back
As many pull ups as you can do
Sprint 30 yards come back, Sprint 60 yards come back
As many push ups as you can do
Sprint 30 yards come back, Sprint 60 yards come back
Bammm throw up
