i always just did basic shit, abs were always lean and on the cusp of being shredded, so when i dieted down the abs popped naturally, it was my serratus that needed work and that i worked on the most, with roman chair twists and rope pull down twists, standing one arm dumbbells side crunches, what do u do for them?

I guess what i did the most for abs was i would sit on my hands on a bench and do knee to chest raises , i loved those actually, i think they worked well, looked a little feminine, but who gives a shit
 
dont worry abt girly exercises ive done pilates for strengthening my groin and illiopsoas (hip flexors) muscles lmao , i had minor tear in them coz of sprinting , for abs i mostly do core strengthening exercises which helps me in rugby but being off season now i am doing proper bb workouts , diet im trying to do as clean as possible but still struggling to do it properly lol for serratus i don't do much usually during rugby season i shed alot of fat easy peesy but with some muscles as well urghhh
 
Abs 3x EW obliques 2x EW there's a ton of exercises but I stick to crunches twised situps... Basics. Swimming is a great way to get them to pop!

sorry lads didnt updted my log , last month was fasting month so had to go on a cruise but beast is unleashed now ready for a blast going for short esters now ,
pre season has started and had a tough time running this time of the year , too humid
