Recently got back from vacation and suffering an injury to my head and ear and have been slowly getting back into my Workouts. Just taking it slow and steady with lighter weights and intensity for now.

Thank you sir. I'm trying to keep it going at 57yrs young.

Diet is "Clean ish" but not super clean.
At my age, I'm not looking at trying to get a 6 pac again so I'm never on a competition diet. Just lots of good choices loaded with lots of protein,moderate to high carbs and low fat,low sugar,etc. I do go on Bulking phases during winter where I consume upwards of 6-6500 cals a day and when I'm cutting it down during spring and summer, I'm at about 3500-4000 cals a day.
