I already have a ton of respect for you and everyone else that competes. Working in those conditions for that many hours though takes dedication to a whole new level bro!

Hey bro, I gotta do what I gotta do. The money is great but yeah sometimes it does interfere with training. It's like I'm always training, LOL!!!!! So far so good with Everything. Been a little under the weather today but was in the rain doing security sat at a concert and got a stomach thing going on. Being on a diet doesn't help things but thats just part of it. Feeln good with where I am as far as conditioning goes. Ready to do some damage

Here is Zeus at 8 weeks out at 199lbs...I'd say he is right on track for him. He is in slightly better conditioning than last year at this point. I will start to tighting up the diet now by pulling out some carbs in the evening on non training days. Then re judge it again next week. I would like him to be as lean as last year at 3 weeks out, then really pull him down to get the glutes and hams in.
 
On the Front Lat spread,keep the chin up, keep that chest full of air and and keep it out there, that way your shoulders will stay back and out, will look thicker. ALso keep hands on the side, just start pushing them into your gut instead of bringing the more forward. On the Side chest keep the elbow way back, and be touching your side with it. Then when your in position, push your elbow into your body, which will make your Pec jump up and out.

good advice...Zeus sometimes makes himself look smaller than he really is, when he poses. he kinda crunches himself to bring out hardness, instead of making the pose big and full looking. We worked on some stuff yesterday, and took pictures to see the difference...

I start tren a nd masteron this week so I should really start chagning. Things are really starting to fall inot place. I also am cutting out carbs on some of my meals on my non workout days. Cardio is staying the same. 3 days to 4 days a week around 20 to 30 min. Here a few pics

You still look good bro, those who know can tell you were a little flat and those who wouldnt know still think your a beast,lol, so dont sweat it daddio, your looking good!!!
