So you just did arms the entire cycle. I know there are tons of theories out there about not being able to do the same muscle more than once a week. I am going to give what you did a try on my next IGF Cycle. I am sticking with calves only. I will just do calves for a while and see what happens. Your arms turned out nice.
it is a rough road for me with small frame and extremly small bone asian,took me forever to get some muscle.nowaday,people always talk shit about bodybuilding,got a lot of bad comments from people.most of the time they will say you take roid that's how you get big muscle,short cut and whatever cheating.....etc.to me,you even work harder and diet harder when you take roid.oh well...the out side world doesn't matter to me.....fuk them!!!
biceps for example,20 mcg left right outter bi post workout{i workout at 6 am},then 20mcg left right inner bi at night,12 hours apart.total is 80 mcg a day.
