I work at a bar from wednesday to sunday. So I start work at 8:30 and close the place around 3 get home around 4am. Its been a huge transition going to the night shift. But im sort of in this limbo stage where im not really up at night and not really up durning the day.

I just sat in be fore an hour... its 3am now. I couldnt sleep man, so i just got up thinking that if i stay up till about 9, i can go back to sleep and be ready for the bar tonight.

Im skipping my workout tonight, so that leaves me all day for resting.
 
yoe build a tolerence. Plus, if yake ith other shhit it will render ambien innefective. fucking blows
 
i do the ambien cr, and a xanax on occasion...i also have some kind of anti depressent that works for sleeping, but it makes me feel drunk/hungver in the morning. never been able to sleep
 
Only thing that puts me to sleep is if I have exhausted my mind AND body to the point where I cant move. Other then that I have to smoke weed drink till im buzzed or jack off. :)

Benzo (xanax) is what fucked me. I upped my dossages to the bery high end and so there is a cross tolerence now with the ambien. I could take 20 ambien and it would have no tffect
 
well i went back to bed around 6 woke up at 8 took the kid to school, fell back to sleep till 11.
 
I have a sleep cocktail, 30mg of valium, 20mg Celexa, and 20mg of Ambien with 1g of Taurine. AquaBurn or Ephedrine in the morning and Astrophex, Caffeine, EndoRush, and either AquaBurn or Ephedrine Pre workout.
 
I've had sleep issues also here and there. After my shows, I'm usually pretty well jacked up and getting solid rest is an issue. I've toyed with Ambien, Ambien CR, OTC meds, herbs, etc. It was all crap, in my opinion. But regardless, even if it does work for some people, which it does, it's not something you can or should take for long periods of time.

In your case, NormalSux, it sounds like you just have to adapt to your new working hours. Time/repetition will iron out that issue for you. If you screw around with sleep aids and end up relying on them, you're F'ed before long, brudda.
 
After an hour of cardio in the morning and working all day and working out in the evening I am wiped out. I have no problem sleeping. Fuck I'll even take an ECA stack in the evening before my workout at 645ish pm. I can still fall the fuck asleep when ever I want.
 
I took 9, yes !!! ambien last night and couldn;t sleep

Damn, I took 4 once and I was hallucinating and sending strange ass texts to Jon. I woke up the next morning, half remembering what I did and had to look in my phone to get an idea of the rest. That stuff is no joke! I stick to Nyquil now, lol... though my tolerance is building, so gotta find something new...
