Need Help!!!!

I've been on M1t for 2 and a half weeks, 10mg the first two weeks and 15 on the 3rd week. I'm 5'9 200lbs and i've experienced no strength gains. My wieght has increased but no freakin strength gains. I gettin around 190 to 200 grams of protien a day. I just switched from doing chest and shoulders 3 times a week and back bi's and legs twice a week. because i realized i've most likely been overtraining. now i do chest mon and fri, bi's and back on tues, shoulders and tris on wed, and legs on thur. im hittin at least 12 sets on each muscle group. no sides. Do u think i need more?:confused:

You may not be recovering. Yes, it seems you have been doing too much. 2/3 xs per week for bulking is too much.

Do you have a spotter (competent) as to gain strength you must push the envelope by increasing poundages but you must have a competent spotter to avoid getting injured. Also if you have been doing the same routine for awhile you may no longer be responding to the training. Change your routines.

Also, Train, Eat and Rest...Rest...Rest
 
Yes i do have a spotter and beleive me i do push the envelope with forced reps. I do eat a lot and i try and eat good food.
 
Possible overtraining, revamp your workout routines and do so every 3-4 months.
 
i just changed my workout and hopefully it works because i can't stand being stuck at the same wieght. thanks for the help tho.
 
anyone else feel free to help me out i've been stuck at the same wieght for about 12 weeks its killin me thanks.
 
you should be eating more than 200 grms of protein a day, try 300-350 for a month

1 g per pound is the bottom of the range you can grow off of.
 
Chest & shoulder 3 times a day? That's an overkill unless if you're on DC training. Your muscle need time to rest and grow.
If you don't let your muscle to rest, they won't contribute to strength 100%.
Up the protein but if your gaining weight and not strength, that' might not be the problem. Probably just overtraining yourself.
 
no fellas let me help him out....i told him he was doing to many sets along time ago, but he is strong as an ox so what do i know!!!!!

he was training his chest on MON WED FRI with back
LEGS SHOULDERS ON TUE THURS

not sure on the bis and tris and abs

he just switched to a MON hard chest and Friday dumbell fly day sorta thing

crushing one body part and giving it at least ...at least 72 hours of rest, i have been told this is vital for optimum growth and im sure you all can back that.....he is just wondering why he hasn't had any strength gains or really much size gain.. I have went from 186 to 208 and leaner actually and only in week 4.....and he is an amigo of mine and i referred him here to get some help from the pros

I said more protein for him, but he doesn't really monitor the food intake, his stats are mostly supps so give it a little more protein than he listed. His goal being to hit 400lb on the bench and he's at like 360 or something..... i don't know what to say, he is taking the same cycle as i am , and im busting loose....im lost as far as advice so bump this up now with a little more info.

His training regiment is about two weeks now, so i think he will start to see more gains now with the much needed rest coming into play
