Well, I am starting to notice a little weight in my midsection and I don't like it. I guess the good thing is I know I'm not eating to little, but I guess I am eating too much. So here is my question. To try and keep the weight gains as lean as possible should I...
1) Remove some carbs and just eat less calories
2) Remove some carbs but replace them with some protein to keep caloric intake the same
3) Keep eating like I'm eating and add some cardio into my training
4) Other ________________________
I'm not sure which option would be the most effective so I thought some other opinions may be useful. Any input is appreciated
