Hey guys, maybe I'm a bit paranoid but am 3 months from contest and am looking good except in the ab area. I've been cutting back since mid September and started cycling of Test Enth 500 mg/wk and same with EQ on Nov 1st. My GH usage is 5iu's, 5/2. I've been on GH for a long time although a good portion of that time was 2-3 iu's per day.
My gut seems extended, but is much better than it was even 2 months ago. My BF on Nov 1st was 17% and although I haven't done a reading lately, its down considerably. But progress is being made, its seems to be slow even given my age (51). I'm going to switch to Tren Ace and Prop.and Anavar the last 7 weeks and add T3 and clen. My trainer seems to think most the fat is visceral. My main questions are given the above:
*Been running GH without slin, and to be honest, I have no clue on how to run slin. So I'm hesitant. Would Glucopage do close to the same? Is my problem a hormone deficiency issue somewhere? Will the T3 and clen help a lot? Would a colon cleanse reduce the ab area? I'm not real keen on cardio, am doing 3 times/week for 45 min each at 70% of my THR. I tend to lose muscle w/too much cardio.
Increase cardio? My trainer is ex Pro BB, and he's all natural now, so he's not too keen on giving advice on AAS. Thanks in advance for the help!
