Hello all,
I am fairly new to working out and getting in shape. I currently weigh 187lbs and I am 5'11". I am very determined to get ripped, The only problem is I am not 100% sure on how to execute this. I am hoping that with guidance I will be able to make this happen. Any and all advice is definitly welcome.
 
How long have u been working out? Doing weight training and cardio?
Also what is your diet like?

you need to post some pics, just at 5-11 187 you dont have much to work with, unless you are pretty close already then you wouldnt be asking for advice, post some pics we will give you some honest feedback thing is it takes patience and persistence, people want everything now right away, getting ripped dont happen like that
