Hey fellas.. Well I just am about to finish my last of bulking and ready to try to get leaner harder but HOPE to keep some fullness.. I am about a week away from ended my cycle of Denkall AquaTest Suspension and Homebrew Tren. I am going to first list my current stats so you guys will know. Im 30 y.o. 6'0 1/2" 239lb.

What I have coming is: 30 ML Test Cypionate
20 ML Primo
120ML Liothyronine Sodium (T3)
120ML Clenbuterol

*For PCT I ordered
120 ML Tamoxifen/Clomiphene Citrate

I want to know what dosages you guys recommend. I want to be hard still full but shredded of course I know my diet must be as clean as possible but i dont want to lose all the muscle i have worked so hard to gain. I am at my top weight ever but i know some is water and fat.. i want to look my best.

For example.. what i had in mind was 500 to 650mg Cyp/week , 400mg Primo/week , T3 Days 1-3 25 mcg/Week , Days 4-6 50 mcg/week , Days 7-9 75 mcg/week, Days 10-12 100 mcgs/week, Days 12-15 75mcgs/week, Days 16-18 50/mcgs/Week, Days 19-21 25 mcgs/week. With Clen starting out 20 mcgs a week.. going up according to my body's tolerance. This is my first time using T3 or Clen either. Let me know what you guys think.
 
how long were you planning to run this cycle?

and impressive lifts BTW.
 
Not exactly sure thats why I told how much i had and was asking what was the best dosages based on the things i have.. and the time..
 
so your a week away from ending your bulker, and you want to start a cutting cycle?? Is that what you asking? If so, you should just stay on. And 20ml of primo wont do much at all bro. As for the cyp, i would have rather ran prop instead, as its better for cutting, due to less water retention

well, for starters I try to limit test to 500mg/wk if its long esters for cutting. I believe MMX2 said that once and explained the logic....cutting is about KEEPING the mass you have, not trying to gain mass. You dont need more test than that to keep your mass if you diet/cut down properly.

Ive never ran primo so I cant give much info. I know its "very weak" and 400mg/wk is probably a good dose. If you have 200mg/ml primo, that 20ml will last you 10 weeks.
The clen/t3 protocol you listed seems reasonable in my book. With clen you need to remember, it has a half life of like 36-48 hrs...so if you take it everyday it accumlates in your system. That can be a problem when sides kick in. You can do 40mcg and notice nothing and jump to 60mcg and whammo! sides. In other words, bring the dose of slowly and give it time to work before upping it again.

now that the chemical ratios are out of the way, what is your diet/cardio plan? thats whats really important.
 
i would keep the test, like dreww said around 500, and the primo is mild, but a great drug for solid gains, but you have to run it high, thats the only down fall. 400/wk isnt all that much. And im guessing its 100mg/ml? 200/wk doesnt do much at all, i know personnaly, but everyone is different. As for the clen, ive never used it, and same with the T3. Good luck bud, and bump for clen and T3 anyone!!!!
 
Thanks alot guys. Yes the Primo is 100ml/mg. yes i want to try the Clen/t3 combo but want to make sure i put them tog in the right way. I have studied and studied it.. still am.. ha. So supposed I take the Test Cyp on say.. Monday and thursday 250mg each shot.. You think Primo 200mg on Mon and thurs would suffice..? Main thing I want to do is maintain my muscle thru this t3/Clen while cutting fat.

I am gonna stay somewhat heavy lifting.. but start with cardio 3 days a week.. Diet will be clean 6-7 meals a day.. Protein high... lower carbs but by no means cut them out bec will need the energy.

if it was me, i would do the cyp on mon, and fri, and the primo on mon and thurs
 
look into carb cycling.....very effective for maintaining muscle mass while burning fat.
