New here, would appreciate some tips and advice

Alright so, I am a newbie all the way around. It started when I began fixating on building at the gym and then if I missed a day, I'd be completely upset that I missed a workout.

I started taking Whey and Cyto but I'm not sure about what I'm eating. Am I eating enough, do I need to eat more?

This is some of the stuff I've been eating throughout the day:

Sirloin, fish, chicken for protein
Oatmeal, brown rice, farina and potato's
Broccoli, Asparagus and spinach
Different kinds of lettuce and veggies
Peanut butter for snacking
I'm also using Olive Oil on everything.

As far as supplements, I'm only taking the Whey and Cyto but I'd like an energy booster, more natural of course! I found ginseng, kratom and golden root but there were others.

I need to stock up on all the goodies I need because I'm kinda getting obsessed with my workouts and the eating and planning and it's all consuming right now. I'm not ready to post a pick yet because DUDES you're all so WAY ahead of me!!! I'm 270 at 5 '9, but it's not all muscle yet. I want to get the right formula and plan going. Also, I notice that I skip legs because I lose my wind.

Advice and tips please
 
Welcome to MC theres a lot of good info on here and a lot of guys with good advice.First off you are prolly looking to cut some fat from your post.Diet doesnt lok bad just have to watch portion size and adjust as needed. There are guys that are you height and shredded at 270. I'm thinking Cardio will help. As far as energy there's tons and it all works different on different people I mix mine up my go to is expand no crashes or crazy jitters. Currently taking BPI's vortex seems to work well. Also your age may help these guys help you. Succes takes time . Ive been lifting consistent for past 7 years and still learning my body.REMEMBER YOU WILL ONLY GET OU WHAT YOU PUT INTO IT IF IT WERE EASY EVERYONE WOULD BE SHREDDED!!!!
 
welcome to MuscleChemistry brutha! Your foods looks solid, sounds like you just need to diet, and do more cardio, as for energy, you can try an ECA stack, totally legal and can buy it all at pharmacies like walgreens, it will really help shed the weight!
