for those who know me from what seems like way back! i ve been training consistantly for about a year and half! i took a long time of, trained only once in a while! i went from 220's to as high as 270 in the last year and half!! i am currently dieting for a few shows! i am fluctuating from 240 to lower 250's as i do cycle my carb intake!
