ok 1st part yeah lay and pray ala gsp or fitch and the 2nd thing could be a stategy so they dont know how to train for him in his upcoming fights on the show, now whether he actually has more to offer is to be seen, but if he in fact does, it can be a good tactic, but it depends on how his next bout goes whether we will be able to call bs or not
Okay yeah, I get what you're saying and you're right. I guess I didn't mean that he has to lay ALL his cards out on the table, but if you're already in the winning position, wouldn't you want to tip the scales in your favor to make sure it goes that way? They always say not to leave it up to the judges, so why take that risk? The guy almost got caught in a guillotine at one point, but wiggled his way out and continued to out-wrestle Lesnar's fighter til the end. Wrestling only gets you so far... then you either need to pull a submission and make him tap or strike and hope for a TKO/ref stoppage. I just couldn't understand why this kid wasn't laying the smack down a little harder...
yeah def understand ur point he should have laid some elbows down on that guy for sure
You're right, wrestling only goes so far and any dip shit can throw a punch or elbow once they're on top of someone. I thought it was a boring fight and a terrible way to open the season
Thank you! Just making sure I'm not crazy here, lol... yeah, I hope the season doesn't disappoint.
wheres your log S, arent u cutting right now?
Definitely not, I wasn't impressed at all. And to be honest, it was so disappointing if it had been the first season, I'd not watch it again, but since I've seen every season, I know it'll get better
Yeah, I've been DVR'ing the episodes... in fact, just "watched" last week's last night. Not impressed yet... what's up with all the "chicken salad vs. chicken shit" nonsense? What a stupid quote! I have heard it enough and it's only a few episodes in. Annoying!
I'm DVR'ing them too, but I haven't started watching yet. I'm trying to let several build up, so that I can knock out a bunch in one day.
yeah Its nice when they do the marathon towards the end of the season, and im sure much more enjoyable when you can fast forward the commercials
Exactly, I try to watch everything DVR'ed. Turns an hour show into 40 minutes tops, without all the annoying commercials.
I wish they would have it on demand, like how they have Archer, which BTW if you dont watch it check it out, its sarcastic goodness at its best
