Just wanna say that the forum looks great. It's been a while since I was a member of a forum (last one was mesomorph). Anyways when it comes to me I'm 29, 6.0, 195 lbs. had a question regarding the MC GF1. Like most guys here I've tried a lot of stuff and most of the time it was a waste of money. I do have connections to get the real stuff, but i was actually thinking of trying the GF1. My training is consistent and I do like switch up exercises to continue the muscle growth. As far as my diet goes, 3000 calories/day along with 250 grams of protein. I read here about GF1 and most guys are writing good reviews, but my question is any know sides ? and how is the weight/strength after finishing GF1. My main goal is to bulk up a bit, but I have some unwanted fat around my belly that i would love to get rid off. Any responses welcome.
