actually i'm at the point now where i'm pretty ripped, but now since i've lost weight, my size has diminished notably in my quad area...my guess is because my preferred cardio workout is an hour run...
so i only see to add the test not to build more mass, but to regain a little size, at the very least maintain the size i currently have..
diet is pretty strict, if not a bit under in caloric intake...5 days a week i stick to my low carb regimen..every protein i consume i eat with lettuce..plain...just to give whatever protein i'm eating some texture...2 days i carb up high...water intake is high at least 4 litres a day...
