I've still not started a cycle because I can't make my mind up, but this is what I'm looking at now. I really like this, what do you guys think? Add or drop anything? Any ideas are appreciated as it's not set in stone, just figured I'd see what you all thought. Of course I'll be running MC IGF at 60 mcg ED 30 before and 30 after workouts.

100 mg Anadrol ED week 1-4
1200 mg Test E week 1-12
800 mg EQ week 1-12
75 mg Tren Ace EOD week 3-8
50 mg Proviron ED week 3-12


 
i like finishing with tren, dropping eq after about 8 weeks, but thats me. Tren just always hardened me and gave me much more strength that when i came off i could still power lift style train to get hormones back online better...btw, havent used gear in 2 years, so im speaking past tense

also, igf post workout is a waste. Many studies and many guys i work with specifically have demonstrated that igf receptors are not open post workout. GH receptors are. Maybe consider some MGF post workout
 
decent size cycle...pretty good doses...should make some killer gains with it...just watch your B.P. and other health issue's..but overall I like it..I would myself add in a anti E like arimadex at .5mg EOD to counter sides of estrogen, but that is me...I do like proviron, but I normally only use it during the final month of prep...Seems to really harded me up the final month...(like masteron)
 
I am sitting back at 170 now. I'm 5'7"-8" and the heaviest I've ever been was 180. I'm a lean 170 now, sitting right at 9.5%-10% BF. When I was 180 I was powerlifting and wasn't very lean at all so at this point now I have more muscle mass than I've ever had. I had an injury that sidelined me for a considerable amount of time over the last 18 months, but I'm fully healthy again and have been lifting pretty heavy the last few months. I dropped from 180 to 140 from not being able to lift or do much of anything. I've put on the 30 pounds in the last 3-4 months of really getting back on my feet in the gym. I'd like to get back to 180 at the bare minimum after this cycle, but I won't be mad if I don't make it up there. I just want to get my strength back, I've made some nice gains, but I'm no where near where I was before.
 
I kind of want to do a similar one, im only 195-ish right now at 5 ft 9, but my bf went up to 13%, preinjury I was 198 with 9% bf, and let me tell u just that difference is huge, I look like two completely different body shapes, if I did that cyc I would most likely end up around 210. The most I have weighed was 203, about 2 1/2 years ago (my avatar up right now was at 172 very lean)
 
I'd like to at least get back to the 180 I was, which I shouldn't have a problem doing. The strength is my biggest issue right now, seems like I've hit a wall in that aspect. But I'll make it through it
 
think your better running the IGF before bed vs post workout

aside from that I think the cycle looks good
 
only thing that sucks is anadrol is so harsh, one of the times I took it id see bile in my poo, from what it was doing to my liver but that shit does work really well so its hard not to throw it in when u have had good results in the past
 
yeah, it does work well if you can handle it

I use to be able to but now it fucks up my stomach and after 3 weeks I'm tired as hell all the time-bottom line...can't eat

so if you can't eat it's usless

ran it last cycle the 1st time in I don't know how many years it worked well the 1st 2 weeks then after that it was all down hill eating wise
 
I've never had a problem with running anadrol, but tren kills my lid fur...I lose that shit like crazy, but it's a small price to pay
