Been working out pretty hard for awhile now and my arms are growing like crazy but im not seeing any definition in them. My arms usually grow quick but my biggest problem is getting them to shape up. Measured them the other night cold and they are 17 inches, i'd like to get up to at least 17 1/2 or 18 and get some definition in them. I usually hit arms at least twice a week. Any suggestions on different exercises?

High reps, I like to lift to failure for every set of every exercie for all body parts and i think high reps is the key to great shape

I kinda have the same problem with arms...or at least used to. My arms grow quickly and respond well to just about any kind of training...high reps with lower weight or heavy weight with lower reps. As I'm sure you know, diet is going to be the key to getting that definition to pop out. I have gotten to the point now that they pretty much stay defined as long as I'm not eating like crap, but it took getting really lean a few times to get them to stay that way....kinda weird how that worked out really.

Well here's my experience. Obviously the guys that posted know their shit. I can tell you from my experience that sometimes it isn't about bodyfat or high reps or low reps. It's about genetics. My arms are well over 20" cold. Laying at my side they look freakish, but when I raise them up they are unimpressive despite their size. I'll get some relaxed and flexed shots for you
