Next time you're getting ready for a show you should audition for The Biggest Loser! You'd smoke them in the beginning!

Looking sick, Nuk. Great log! I plan on doing my first show finally this year if I can stay healthy.
How has your training changed from your start to this point? Higher v. lower reps? Heavy days v lighter days?
234lbs today. Things will be rough this week.
Diet.
High Carb days: 100
Low Carb days: 0
Drugs will stay the same.
Cardio: 1 hour in the morning, 40 min. at night.

Do what you gotta do Nuk. It always gets rough as you know. Hang in there and stick to your plan. Helps me to keep to myself and limit any additional socialization when things start to get really hard, just my little input. Those 0 carb days sound pretty rough, is that not even any fibrous carbs?
holy shit! I glanced right over the part where you said youre doing zero cabs on low carbs days!! Damn.... Youve got way more will power than I ever will.I will still have some vegetables.
at 3pm today I weighed 229.4 lbs. Was a no carb day today, and boy dose this suck. Almost threw up during workout, did have to cut it short. Did an hour of cardio after. still have 40 min. to do later today.
Nuk, are going hi/low then repeat or a VERSION of this just curious, it seems to work well
not sure what your question is, carbs?
Sorry,I'll clarify. Is it hi/low/high/low or a hi/hi/low/low or higher on certain days for different body parts or days of week. Ive heard of using hi/low/no then repeat. Ive just never heard of hi/low without a no carbs also. You have good potential in this sport, I wish you luck, sir
