and could you please give me a description of protein carbs fats and what they are used for so i figure out myself what i need

ok well i have put all those sites in my favorites and will look over and read on them. but ok that guy says i should be getting 500 grams protein a day well i know im not getting anywhere near that so is there a site a simple site where i can go to and get protein shakes or powder that have alot of protein where i can eat or drink up to 500 grams per day that is cheap?

because of me im getting around 50g of protein a day if im lucky now other places say you should take in 1-2 grams per lbs of bodyweight well 500g will give me tremendous gains. but if i can just get 1g of protein per lb ill be happy ... well anyway just clear your mind all of my other posts and replys and just think if there is a product that does not cost over 50 bucks that will last me atleast 2 weeks, that will give me around 100g of protein perday considering im getting around 50 and i only weight about 125 lbs right now.

well scratch that after stating how much protein i get i went on a label frenzy and say 16g from just 1/4 piece of pizza i normally eat 1/2 sometimes the whole thing so id say i get about 80g protein a day considering 1 glass milk is 8 and other food i eat yah. thats 80g a day of protein if im lucky but im gonna start getting that boneles chicken , skim milk and tuna fish to eat so than ill get 100 for sure but want to get some protein stuff anyway so please just tell me best sites for products.

500g a day is for a bodybuilder, meaning someone that trains properly and most likely uses gear.
You won't need more than 250g/day. More as you will grow.
