"off" season

During your off season . . meaning if not preppin for show or getting ready for summer or whatever your goal is. . . do you still get yur 6 to 8 meals in evenif not as clean or fuk it eat what you want when you want . This time i still ate small and often even if not "clean" and tried to make sure got my protein and carbs in. . prob more fat than needed. . but before this year id all out eat whhatever in off season. normally at this time I'd wiegh from 245 to 260. . competed at 189 in show . . well , now i weigh about 218! I feel so much better and im sure the waist of my pants to do!! HAHAHA
 
Healthy doesn't have an off season ;) I eat clean all the time. I don't sacrifice muscle for health, I believe there should be a balance. You can achieve a great physique and still maintain health and longevity. That is my goal for all seasons :)
 
I def dont eat as clean off season but I dont eat 8 meals either, I do a halfway decent diet and eat about 4 times a day, some days are completely healthy some are completely unhealthy, others a mix..
I am eating candy again too for the first time in maybe 6-7 years, for the last few weeks now
