Chilled Stoli or Grey Goose. No need for a chaser. You know what, go with a flavored Grey Goose or Stoli, you can find them in many varieties.
In all seriousness just drink that shit right out of the bottle. When you want to slow it down a bit, just reach for your 6-pack of Red Hook ESB or another of your favorite amber ales. That my friend, is what I would do.
It it wasn't going to be such a mess, I'd say scotch on the rocks.
