muscle memory is real. you know that already, but have you ever really experienced it before now?
I have, and I have to tell you, you’ll be right back up there way sooner than you think. I know thats what happened to me when I got skinny as fuck and took a year and half off.
Blew my mind how fast I was able to get back in great muscular shape after doing nothing for almost 2 years lol,
So make sure your older self thanks your younger self for all those years he/you grinded in the gym, day in and day out, cause not only can you get back into great shape super fast due to muscle memory, you can also train a whole lot lighter and smarter in your older years 30’s and 40’s and maintain a fantastic physique!
So I have no doubt you’ll be able to do it, the hard part is walking around the gym and everyone looking at you with that pondering question written all over their face: What happen to that guy? Does he have aids, lol, or, Damn, heroin got him to, lol, and my personal favorite, wonder how long he has to live, lmao. And yes its that bad, or was for me, and not cause I was that skinny or any smaller than anyone else, but because of how I previously looked and the insane difference in size. But to someone who never knew me prior, I promise you I didnt look like I had HIV or Femine ridden
So just get through that bullshit, and your fine man, and im sure your mind is all kinds of fucked up cause you were so fucking massive before, lol, I know I wouldnt want to stand next to you on stage lmao, maybe now I will though biatch....what! lol
And were you told to refrain from anything specific by doctors in terms of how to train again? Im sure I already know the doctors answer when it comes to getting back on gear lol, but I was curious whether you had any type of restrictions in the weight room?
