Im looking at getting some honest feedback for what I should do next year....

A. Take the whole year off and put on some major muscle...Get up to around 275-280lbs, come back in 2011....

B. Do the Jr.Nationals next year, probably as a small superheavy weight (I would guess around 228-230lbs) Only 28 weeks away now...Would still have to do a NQ show a few weeks before to get into Jr.Nats...Other factors are that the Jr.Nats are only 4 hour drive for me....

C. Wait until the North Americans (38 weeks) Have a decent offseason (about 25 weeks or so) before dieting down...I would guess I could be a decent size superheavy, I would guess I could compete around 235lbs to 238lbs (im guessing ofcourse) ....Other factors would be involved to....Drive would be 10 hours or fly ....

ok those are what I think are my best options...

what do you think ???

Other factors involed...Sarah is competing at the Jr.Nationals next year...So I would be there anyway...

My personal opinion bro and from following all your progress pics for the last two shows is that i think you should take the year and meat-up. You have the genetics naturaly which is obvious just by looking at ya , so I think taking a whole year off to grow would be the most beneficial thing for you, i honestly dont see you looking very much different then how you did last couple shows if you do a couple shows this year, and I dont mean that in a bad way as you looked good brutha, but i know you want to add some muscle and place well and its hard for anyone to do if they dont take some serious time off for a growth spert

B. Would be your best choice. Keep your body fat as low as possible only adding quality muscle. Then minimal dieting before the show. Your going to be there anyway. Why add mass when you wind up losing it all anyway when dieting down. Not all but most of it. Besides going up then down, then up then down is not healthy, small gains add up after long period, go for small lean gains of good flesh.

I would go with C. man. I don't think you wanna disappear for a whole year. I know it doesn't sound like much, but people seem to be forgotten pretty quickly nowadays. Then again, as long as you make appearances and stay active (like you just did on off topic and hopefully with DA and GAT), then a year off would be nice. Option C. seems to be right in the middle of a year off and having a short off season to get qualified and do the jr. nats.

bro, be honest with yourself and take a year off. You need size(as so do I) if you want to be competitive on a national level.

I would take the year off personally. Put on as much quality mass as possible then come back with a vengeance. thats just my opinion.

I would do A if you are serious about competing at the national level. Take the year off and eat eat eat, grow grow grow. Come back bigger and better than ever.

I would take the year off and put on some serious mass- for my two cents- I don't know if I would want to be at the bottom the superheavies- I have been there once and I got my ass kicked- you have a great physique, but IMHO, you can play with the big boys given the time and the right mix of supps....

Bro, you and I have had some discussions.. you know I know my shit when it comes to this.. I may not currently hold a national level physique.. YOU DO BRO... I think You should take the Year off.. and FOCUS on Bulking as much as you possibly can, come to me with TWEAKS, I can do this for you... I know I can... but like someone said, HOW QUICKLY SOMEONE IS FORGOTTEN.. Well.. don't sit at home, get VIP'ed.. get out, meet faces, talk to everyone, let everyone see that you aren't even close to the same conditioning as you were last time. Let the see you LARGE.

Take the whole year off.. even at 38 weeks away that leaves 22-24 weeks for an OFF-SEASON .. Screw that.. that's barely enough to pack on 30lbs...

Whatever you choose to do, i know you think will be right, and whatever you choose you will do great at it.. you have the heart of a champion that's for sure !!!

Get at me if you want...

Good deal bro but like Deuce touched one stay out there rep yourself big when your wife goes to Junior Nat's keep your pics out there and broadcast so that when you come back your bigger better and more known then ever. Good luck brotha.

i pick A.

get that damn back up, even if you need to neglect something thats good, to train the back twice a week. seriously, you need to pull a cutler and come back in 2011 with someone elses back. build width and thickness down the mid back/ lumbars.

i really think you can really do some damage if you had a much better back
