When working multiple body parts in a workout do you guys alternate from one bodypart to the other? Normally I do all of one body part then switch to the other like on back day I'll do all of my back workout then I'll do all of my bicep workout.

yes i do all one muscle group then the next, i rarely alternate unless im doing super sets with biceps and triceps, but other then that i usualy stick to one thing then the next

I'll usually get the big basics done then start the next bodypart. In between those sets I'll finish the first bodypart. Like with back I'll do bent over rows and a Hammer Strength movement, then start calves. I'll go back and finish pullovers and maybe some hyper extensions. It works better for me as I stay interested, get more of a pump, and I'm stronger on calves

I do one part at a time. I've never her of alternating being better but it just seems more efficient staying with one part.

Ive heard the argument super setting tri and bi but never felt it benefitted me any more then one at a time! Slow and steady wins the race, lmao

I like going from biceps to triceps. Your whole arm gets massively pumped really quick and my elbows feel better. It could just be my ego inflating though

I mix the smaller muscle in because I just want to get it out of the way. I hate training arms so I just throw them in whenever I can
