over time sucks!

Man im stuck here at work, doing overtime. my run partner pond some of his work on me. ive been eating really good today, and have been chopping at the bit to hit the weights tonight. last night i did legs and had an awsome heavy work out, so im pumped for tonight (well i was pumped, no im pissed)

looks like that isnt gonna happen.

i guess i shouldnt complain, better having overtime, than not.

think of all the people layed off w/no work. You have a "luxury" problem. (that always made me feel a "little" better - lol)
