I'm in the middle of my 3rd week of a High Frequency High Volume routine by the "Govenator." Last year I was doing a full body routine 3x per wk then went straight into the same HFHV routine I'm doing now but had to basically drop to doing calisthenics because of dry joints / bone pain ; I blamed it on over training but think it was too much arimidex ( I didn't fully understand arimidex at the time )
i feel amazing this time around ; managing arimidex dosage better & feeding my body 225g to 250g protein ed & carbs are not throttled back any ( 380g to 420g ed ) . I've moved over a ton of weight ( literally ) per major muscle group by mid week w/ the muscles feeling energetic & recovered .
I'm starting to become a believer in the adaptability of the body and over training more of a diet / sleep issue not a limitation issue , what do u guys think about over training ?
