Its a good cutting program. I am on it right now. I don't do the yoga though. It is hard as hades, so be prepared. I did chest and back last week and did 240 pushups and I can't tell you how many pullups. I bought it for my wife but I am actually using it to cut myself. I do Chest on the day Im suppose to do yoga by the way. If you have any questions about it you can pm me.

I agree with JT, it's great for cutting and getting in shape. I have a friend who is on it right now and has gone from 255 to 223 so far and he hasn't finished yet. Granted, he had a lot of fat to loose...but it definitely works.

the theory behind it is sound, it doesnt allow you to plateau since you are always changing your workouts.

but its not good for bodybuilding, and its not directed toward bodybuilders. You need to use alot of weight to bodybuild.

There are exercises where you will use dumbells. You can use heavy weights which is what I do, but a lot of the exercises are bodyweight. You will do every kind of pushup imaginable, tons of lunges, and lots of pullups. I do substitute front squats for some of the lunges. I also do some different bicep exercises as well.

Thanks i'm going to give it a try, sounds like a good workout to me.

my friend used it on off season and kept his bf pretty low from it. Its no joke man, if you weight over 180 your in trouble

yeah theres a ton of people using it on another forum. Ive never used it nor would i use it, but it works for what its for. I would rather hit the plates.

^^ lol did you start running it yet? it really is supposed to be a great routine. Im a bigger fan of hittng they gym but i could see a big benefit of throwing in some of the days on this for cardio stretching and ab's etc.

I just bought it for my wife a few weeks ago and somehow got roped into doing it with her. It is an ass kicker and i'm in good shape. Keep in mind I've been a personal trainer and a marathoner and marathon coach so I'm no rookie when it comes to high intensity or endurance training. The first day was fucked because I ran 5 miles that morning thinking it wouldn't be that hard to do that night... I learned my lesson! You are right about the pushups, we skipped the yoga tonight but I'm not looking forward to doing this every day for the next 90 days!

Agreed but it's great for people who want to look and feel better than a potato head doll.

Bodybuilders already use and know these principals....at least most do but I like the wide variety of the program.
