I've done it. It has it's pros and cons. I love tge cheat meals on sat night. It definitely helps and gives you something to look forward to. I also enjoyed the fats alot too, cashews, almonds, natty PB. However I starved the entire 16 weeks. I was never full except for my cheat meals, which effected my sleep a lot. I think it would work well for some (like presser who doesnt like to eat a lot) but probably not the best choice for me.
