USE THE EXACT SAME BRAND BRO !!" NATURALLY MORE" , once i eat a spoonful i can't put it down, i switched over from Smuckers recently does wonders bulking up, helps for the extra strength in the gym (diet)

Agreed I keep a large jar of it and a bottle of honey around. They sooth carb cravings and can help gaining too.
