Could you please post what a typical day's diet looks like for you as an example? Also, I have hypoglycemia so that can sometimes make it hard not to have to ingest some kind of simple sugars when it hits. Supposedly, I may be able to control it better if I were to follow a diet like yours.

Yes sure. Here is how it would look but it's just an example.

6 whole eggs omelette with zucchini, unsweet stewed apple, unsalted cashew nuts

4 bananas, lean turkey with avocado sandwish (no bread, avocado folded in the turkey slices)

Green salad with corn and olives, salmon with broccoli

Protein shake, 5-8 pieces of fruits, unsalted peanuts

Mashed potatoes, roasted skinless half-chicken, tomato salad with olive oil

Thank you, well it's funny because I have a very hard time switching back to a clean diet at the moment. But you guys are definitely giving me motivation.

I'm at 255lbs right now and I'd like to get to 275 before I cut hard again. Then when I get to 250lbs ripped, I will never eat junk or bulk like that again. I swear.
